Within the support team we have friendly, highly skilled staff who are knowledgeable in travel, technology and accountancy. The whole emphasis is to help our customers as quickly and effectively as possible.

Both our support and development teams work closely together to ensure solutions are provided in a professional manner. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and ensure that the ongoing development in all areas of our business provides our customers with robust and cutting edge systems whilst responding to the needs of the travel industry.

The ethos of Micros Travel is that the support should be at the forefront of everything we do. In essence all staff from our Managing Director, to our accounts department, developers and product analysis are part of one support team, fully focused on our clients needs.
